Yes, we accept insurance. 

Yes, we can provide both a medical report and a receipt for insurance reimbursement. After your consultation, simply request a medical report from the doctor. Once completed, you will receive both the report and an itemised receipt that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

Yes, all travellers and visitors can use our telehealth service. To receive an eScript, you will need to enter your IHI number during the booking process. If you do not have an IHI, simply follow the prompts when booking to create one.
